I'm loving this recipe book! The recipes are tasty and filling as well as being nutritious. They are pretty quick to make too and cooking from scratch is all part of the enjoyment,for me. The homemade granola is so delicious! Since following the recipes for a couple of weeks now I've had fewer headaches and fewer glucose imbalances and I've never felt so full! It's helping with portion control too
