How it works

Before we start
The first step to signing up is for me to make sure I can help you! I do this by sending you a questionnaire to complete. I'll ask about your history with food and exercise, what you've struggled with in the past and what your goals are now.
The more you tell me the better!

Once this is complete and I'm sure I can help you, I'll send you the link to signup

You've signed up and I'm ready to help you! Next you'll receive your welcome email.

This includes your personalised nutrition targets and links to my introductory videos to watch before the first day.

These answer lots of the common initial questions that women have so please do watch them!

Let's go !
On the first day of the 40 you'll gain access to your workouts and habit tracking in PT hub
I'll add you to our amazing community WhatsApp group where you'll find lots of other women support & encouraging each other.

Weekly review
Each Friday you'll receive your check in form to complete.

This is your chance to reflect on your progress, let me know what's working well and shout for help if anything isn't!
I'll encourage you to set your intentions for the coming week.

At the end of the 40 days you're officially a graduate of the programme!

We'll have a final check in and celebrate your progress.
